Kushibozu

Kushibozu is one of the most famous yakitori (grilled skewered chicken) restaurants in Kobe. Their yakitori is made using extremely fresh Awaodori chicken directly delivered from the chicken farms. They only use “Bincho charcoal”, one of Japan’s best charcoals, to carefully grill each chicken skewer. Their egg dishes are also appealing as they only choose the super high-quality local brand “SAILOR EGG”. On top of that, all their dishes are incredibly affordable. Great dishes, wonderful services, and a cool Japanese-style interior... Kushibozu definitely is a triple threat!
